Chris Reynolds
Business Development Director
Chris Reynolds brings over a decade of experience in insurance, technology, and channel growth. Before joining Onda, he spent four years at Coalition, where he spearheaded broker distribution, built relationships with leading retail and wholesale agencies, and drove consistent growth. Earlier in his career, Chris also worked as a broker, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges agencies face and the support they need from carrier partners. His background also includes senior business development and channel leadership roles, where he specialized in expanding markets, managing strategic accounts, and building scalable sales processes. At Onda, Chris is focused on growing broker partnerships, supporting the U.S. launch, and helping shape the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Joseph AJ Jones
Business Development Director
Since starting his career at Beazley Group in 2015, AJ has progressed through roles in underwriting, claims, and operations, supporting the Cyber/Tech and Architects & Engineers teams with policy rating, quoting, and binding. In 2018, he became Distribution Manager for Beazley Group USA’s West Coast and Mountain Region, driving distribution strategy, broker education, and product marketing for specialty lines like Cyber, Technology, and Professional Liability, contributing to revenue growth and client service excellence. Appointed Partner Engagement for the West Coast in 2024, he executed regional business plans, supported targeted growth initiatives for brokers, and collaborated on projects to enhance US growth and service objectives.
Alex Jomaa
Chief Underwriting Officer
Formerly Senior Cyber Underwriter at leading Lloyd’s syndicate Tokio Marine Kiln, Alex has over 10 years of experience in the London insurance market. A law graduate with a track record of establishing global (re)insurance portfolios, Alex was twice voted Underwriter of the Year (2016 and 2017) in Insurance Insider’s Cyber Rankings.
Patrick Cannon
Chief Claims Officer
Formerly Head of Cyber Claims for leading Lloyd’s syndicate, Tokio Marine Kiln, Patrick then joined Marsh as Head of Cyber Claims, where his team won ‘Claims Service Solution of the Year’ at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards for 2023. FCIl qualified and Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Patrick boasts over 20 years’ experience in the London insurance market.
Gillian Harvey
Group Head of Compliance
Having trained as a lawyer, Gillian transitioned to working in regulatory compliance for financial services including oversight, banking, and insurance. Formerly the Deputy Group Head of Compliance at Athora Holding Ltd, she holds over 10 Years international compliance experience working for insurers, MGAs, and start-ups. Her experience includes Chubb, CFC, HDI Global Specialty, and Amtrust Europe alongside the Financial Ombudsman Service, and various consulting positions, where Gillian worked on prominent legislation and regulatory change projects.
Kate Schulze
Head of Legal
Kate currently serves as an attorney in the Legal Department at Onda Al, Inc. With more than 20 years of experience as an attorney, Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer and board director and consultant for insurance, financial services and nonprofit companies, Kate is a seasoned executive who is highly regarded for her legal and public policy expertise. Earlier in her career, Kate was a litigation attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice and a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
